Frequent DC2 Opening Issues

Adobe Photoshop is Not Installed

Double-clicking your DC2 file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open DC2 File". If so, it typically means that you don't have Adobe Photoshop installed for %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your DC2 with Adobe Photoshop, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your DC2, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Wrong Version of Adobe Photoshop is Installed

It is possible that your version of Adobe Photoshop isn't able to open your Kodak Digital Camera RAW Image File file due to incompatibility. Visit the Adobe Systems Incorporated website to download (or purchase) the latest version of Adobe Photoshop.
