It is a redesign or combination of the classic Atari SIO2PC/APE and ProSystem interfaces to be a single multi-function product. This new version is completely jumperless, auto-switching, and auto-sensing. This means that the interface automatically switches itself upon using the ProSystem style software to the ProSystem mode to control Atari disk drives.
