Common Problems Opening BKG Files

Unknown Software is Not Installed

When trying to open your BKG file, you get the error "Can't Open BKG File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Unknown Software for %%os%% installed. Your operating system cannot associate your BKG with Unknown Software, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your BKG, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Unknown Software is Out-of-Date

It is possible that your version of Unknown Software isn't able to open your Samsung Document file due to incompatibility. Download the latest Unknown Software version from the Unknown Developer website to ensure you have the correct one installed. The primary cause of this problem is that your Samsung Document file was created by a different (newer) version of Unknown Software than what's installed.
