Pro/ENGINEER Not Present

You attempt to load your 82 file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The 82 File Extension". Customarily, this means that Pro/ENGINEER is not installed on %%os%%. The OS won't know what to do with your 82 file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.
