Symantec Ghost Solution Suite Not Present

If you attempt to load your PQI file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open PQI Files". Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Symantec Ghost Solution Suite isn't installed on your PC. You won't be able to double-click to open your PQI because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: If you don't have Symantec Ghost Solution Suite installed, and you know of another program to open your PQI file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".

Obsolete Version of Symantec Ghost Solution Suite

It is possible that your version of Symantec Ghost Solution Suite isn't able to open your PowerQuest Drive Image file due to incompatibility. You will need to download a newer version of Symantec Ghost Solution Suite if you don't have the right version.
