Understanding TSA Issues
Common TSA Opening Problems
Avast Antivirus Not Present
When you double-click your TSA file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Avast Antivirus isn't installed on your PC. The typical path of opening your TSA with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.
Tip: If you don't have Avast Antivirus installed, and you know of another program to open your TSA file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".
Avast Antivirus Requires Update
It is possible that your version of Avast Antivirus isn't able to open your Jnana.tsa Malware file due to incompatibility. If you do not have the proper version Avast Antivirus (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This problem is predominately due to having a Jnana.tsa Malware file version that was created by a newer version of Avast Antivirus than what you have installed on your PC.
Tip: Right-clicking on your TSA, then clicking "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac), can provide clues about your file version.
Summary: Not having the right Avast Antivirus version on your computer can cause problems opening TSA files.
Other TSA File Opening Causes
Although you might already have Avast Antivirus or another TSA-associated software installed on your computer, you can still encounter problems opening Jnana.tsa Malware files. If you're still experiencing problems opening TSA files, there could be other computer problems. These other problems include (listed in order from most to least common):
- TSA file references in the Windows Registry are broken
- Accidental deletion of the description of the TSA file in the Windows registry
- Defective install of a TSA program, such as Avast Antivirus
- Your TSA file is corrupted (issues with your Jnana.tsa Malware file itself)
- Past or present virus infection has affected your TSA
- TSA-related hardware has device drivers that obsolete
- Windows cannot load your Jnana.tsa Malware file due to insufficient resources (eg. RAM)
