Adobe Illustrator CC is Not Installed

You attempt to load your ACB file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The ACB File Extension". Usually, this is because you do not have Adobe Illustrator CC for %%os%% installed. The typical path of opening your ACB with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens ACB files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Incorrect Adobe Illustrator CC Version

Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of Adobe Illustrator CC installed that's incompatible with your Adobe Photoshop Color Book File type. If you've got the wrong version of Adobe Illustrator CC installed, you'll need to install the correct version. This problem is most common when you have an older version of the software application, and your file was created by a newer version that it cannot recognize.
