Typical ATF Opening Challenges

Microsoft Excel is Not Installed

When trying to open your ATF file, you get the error "Can't Open ATF File Type". Customarily, this means that Microsoft Excel is not installed on %%os%%. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: When another ATF application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.

Outdated Microsoft Excel

Sometimes your installed version of Microsoft Excel won't support your Axon Text File file. If you do not have the proper version Microsoft Excel (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. The primary cause of this problem is that your Axon Text File file was created by a different (newer) version of Microsoft Excel than what's installed.
