Common Problems Opening FDS Files
JetForm FormFlow Disappeared
Double-clicking your FDS file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open FDS File". Customarily, this means that JetForm FormFlow is not installed on %%os%%. You won't be able to double-click to open your FDS because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: If you know of another program that can open your FDS file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.
Wrong Version of JetForm FormFlow is Installed
Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of JetForm FormFlow installed that's incompatible with your JetForm FormFlow Data File type.
