Common FIO Opening Problems
Aldus PhotoStyler is Not Installed
You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open FIO Files" when trying to open your FIO. When this happens, it is commonly due to Aldus PhotoStyler missing in %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the FIO file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.
Tip: If you know of another program that can open your FIO file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.
Aldus PhotoStyler Requires Update
Your PhotoStyler Graphics Filter file is incompatible with Aldus PhotoStyler because you might have the wrong version installed. Installing the latest version of Aldus PhotoStyler from Adobe Systems Incorporated is recommended. This problem is predominately due to having a PhotoStyler Graphics Filter file version that was created by a newer version of Aldus PhotoStyler than what you have installed on your PC.
