Issues Opening OR2 Files

IBM Lotus Organizer is Not Installed

When trying to open your OR2 file, you get the error "Can't Open OR2 File Type". Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because IBM Lotus Organizer isn't installed on your PC. The OS won't know what to do with your OR2 file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.

Tip: If you don't have IBM Lotus Organizer installed, and you know of another program to open your OR2 file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".

IBM Lotus Organizer is Out-of-Date

Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of IBM Lotus Organizer installed that's incompatible with your Lotus Organizer 2 File type. If you do not have the proper version IBM Lotus Organizer (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This problem is most common when you have an older version of the software application, and your file was created by a newer version that it cannot recognize.
