When you double-click your LOOK file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Adobe SpeedGrade for %%os%% installed. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens LOOK files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
Adobe SpeedGrade is Out-of-Date
In other instances, your SpeedGrade Look File file version may not be supported by your version of Adobe SpeedGrade.
