Troubles Opening SD1 Files

Adobe Lightroom CC Removed

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open SD1 Files" when trying to open your SD1. Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Adobe Lightroom CC isn't installed on your PC. You won't be able to double-click to open your SD1 because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: If you know of another program that can open your SD1 file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.

Adobe Lightroom CC is Out-of-Date

In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a Dali Raw Image file that is unsupported by your installed application version. Download the latest Adobe Lightroom CC version from the Adobe Systems Incorporated website to ensure you have the correct one installed. The primary cause of this problem is that your Dali Raw Image file was created by a different (newer) version of Adobe Lightroom CC than what's installed.
