If you attempt to load your SSK file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open SSK Files". When this happens, it is commonly due to Adobe Flash Professional CC missing in %%os%%. The typical path of opening your SSK with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.

Tip: Another SSK-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Incorrect Adobe Flash Professional CC Version

It is possible that your version of Adobe Flash Professional CC isn't able to open your SmartSketch 95 Document file due to incompatibility. If you do not have the proper version Adobe Flash Professional CC (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above.
