Frequent RPST Opening Issues
Unknown Software Not Present
If you attempt to load your RPST file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open RPST Files". If so, it typically means that you don't have Unknown Software installed for - . The typical path of opening your RPST with a double-click won't work because - cannot make the program connection.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your RPST, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
Outdated Unknown Software
Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of Unknown Software installed that's incompatible with your Uncommon File Extension type.
