AutoDesSys formZ Not Present
When trying to open your SPD file, you get the error "Can't Open SPD File Type". Customarily, this means that AutoDesSys formZ is not installed on - . You won't be able to double-click to open your SPD because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens SPD files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
AutoDesSys formZ Requires Update
In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a Form-Z Suspended Render Data file that is unsupported by your installed application version. Download the latest AutoDesSys formZ version from the AutoDesSys, Inc. website to ensure you have the correct one installed. The primary cause of this problem is that your Form-Z Suspended Render Data file was created by a different (newer) version of AutoDesSys formZ than what's installed.
Tip: If you right-click on your SPD file, then select "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac), you can obtain hints about what version you need.
