H+H Software Virtual CD Isn't There

Double-clicking your VCX file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open VCX File". Usually, this is because you do not have H+H Software Virtual CD for %%os%% installed. The OS won't know what to do with your VCX file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.
