If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Smith Micro StuffIt Deluxe for %%os%% installed on your computer. You won't be able to double-click to open your CBZ because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your CBZ, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
