Character Studio Isn't There
When you double-click your CSM file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Character Studio isn't installed on your PC. Your operating system cannot associate your CSM with Character Studio, so double-clicking the file won't work.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens CSM files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
