Smith Micro StuffIt Deluxe Removed

You attempt to load your USTAR file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The USTAR File Extension". If so, it typically means that you don't have Smith Micro StuffIt Deluxe installed for %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the USTAR file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Smith Micro StuffIt Deluxe Requires Update
