Typical Z6 Opening Challenges
WinZip Removed
You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open Z6 Files" when trying to open your Z6. If so, it typically means that you don't have WinZip installed for %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the Z6 file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens Z6 files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
WinZip Requires Update
Your ZoneAlarm Mailsafe Renamed Data file is incompatible with WinZip because you might have the wrong version installed. If you do not have the proper version WinZip (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above.
