You attempt to load your PLJ file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The PLJ File Extension". Customarily, this means that Plus 2D is not installed on %%os%%. The typical path of opening your PLJ with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.

Tip: Another PLJ-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Incorrect Plus 2D Version

In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a PLUS 2D Job File file that is unsupported by your installed application version. If you've got the wrong version of Plus 2D installed, you'll need to install the correct version.
