Troubles Opening SPN Files
Corel WordPerfect Not Present
If you attempt to load your SPN file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open SPN Files". If so, it typically means that you don't have Corel WordPerfect installed for - . The typical path of opening your SPN with a double-click won't work because - cannot make the program connection.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your SPN, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
Incorrect Corel WordPerfect Version
Your Corel WordPerfect Distribution Definition file is incompatible with Corel WordPerfect because you might have the wrong version installed. Download the latest Corel WordPerfect version from the Corel website to ensure you have the correct one installed. Most of the time your Corel WordPerfect Distribution Definition file was created by a newer Corel WordPerfect than what you have installed.
Tip: Investigate your SPN file by right-clicking and selecting "Properties" to find clues on what version you need.
