Common RAS Opening Problems

Missing Audacity

When trying to open your RAS file, you get the error "Can't Open RAS File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Audacity for %%os%% installed. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: When another RAS application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.

Obsolete Version of Audacity

Your Remedy Archive System File file is incompatible with Audacity because you might have the wrong version installed.
