TerraExplorer Not Present

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open FLY Files" when trying to open your FLY. If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have TerraExplorer for %%os%% installed on your computer. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: When another FLY application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.

Outdated TerraExplorer

In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a TerraExplorer Project File file that is unsupported by your installed application version. You will need to download a newer version of TerraExplorer if you don't have the right version.
