You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open WD Files" when trying to open your WD. If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have PaintShop Pro for %%os%% installed on your computer. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: Another WD-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Outdated PaintShop Pro

Your Corel PaintShop Photo Pro Image file is incompatible with PaintShop Pro because you might have the wrong version installed.
