Issues Opening CS3 Files
WK-1800 is Not Installed
When you double-click your CS3 file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". Customarily, this means that WK-1800 is not installed on %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your CS3 with WK-1800, so double-clicking the file won't work.
Tip: If you know of another program that can open your CS3 file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.
Outdated WK-1800
Your Casio WK-1800 Keyboard Output File file is incompatible with WK-1800 because you might have the wrong version installed. If you do not have the proper version WK-1800 (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This problem is predominately due to having a Casio WK-1800 Keyboard Output File file version that was created by a newer version of WK-1800 than what you have installed on your PC.
Tip: Right-clicking on your CS3, then clicking "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac), can provide clues about your file version.
Ultimately, most of the difficulties opening CS3 files are due to having the wrong version of WK-1800 installed.
