Software Overview

WinHelp is an RTF-based proprietary format for online help files that can be displayed by the Microsoft Help browser winhelp.exe or winhlp32.exe. It was included in Windows 3.0 up to Windows Vista. In 2006, Microsoft has intended to phase out WinHelp but made it available for download in 2009 for Windows 7.
