Microsoft Windows 8 is Not Installed
You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open APPCONTENT-MS Files" when trying to open your APPCONTENT-MS. You won't be able to double-click to open your APPCONTENT-MS because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
