If you attempt to load your BCS file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open BCS Files". Usually, this is because you do not have Batch Compiler for %%os%% installed. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Wrong Version of Batch Compiler is Installed
