Microsoft Windows Briefcase is Not Installed

If you attempt to load your BFC file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open BFC Files". When this happens, it is commonly due to Microsoft Windows Briefcase missing in %%os%%. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.
