Issues Opening BKF Files
Microsoft Windows NT Backup - Restore Utility Isn't There
You attempt to load your BKF file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The BKF File Extension". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Microsoft Windows NT Backup - Restore Utility for %%os%% installed on your computer. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your BKF, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
Wrong Version of Microsoft Windows NT Backup - Restore Utility is Installed
