Common BMC Opening Problems

Microsoft Windows Not Present

If you attempt to load your BMC file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open BMC Files". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Microsoft Windows for %%os%% installed on your computer. The OS won't know what to do with your BMC file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens BMC files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Microsoft Windows Requires Update

Sometimes your installed version of Microsoft Windows won't support your Bitmap Cache File file.
