Frequent BMK Opening Issues
return7 BillMinder Disappeared
Double-clicking your BMK file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open BMK File". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have return7 BillMinder for %%os%% installed on your computer. The OS won't know what to do with your BMK file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.
Tip: Another BMK-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.
Obsolete Version of return7 BillMinder
It is possible that your version of return7 BillMinder isn't able to open your BillMinder Backup File file due to incompatibility. Installing the latest version of return7 BillMinder from return7, LLC is recommended. The primary cause of this problem is that your BillMinder Backup File file was created by a different (newer) version of return7 BillMinder than what's installed.
