Microsoft HTML Help Workshop Not Present

When trying to open your CNT file, you get the error "Can't Open CNT File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Microsoft HTML Help Workshop for %%os%% installed. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the CNT file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens CNT files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Wrong Version of Microsoft HTML Help Workshop is Installed

Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of Microsoft HTML Help Workshop installed that's incompatible with your Help Contents File type.
