Frequent CSI Opening Issues

ContentServ CS EMMS Suite Removed

When trying to open your CSI file, you get the error "Can't Open CSI File Type". If so, it typically means that you don't have ContentServ CS EMMS Suite installed for %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your CSI with ContentServ CS EMMS Suite, so double-clicking the file won't work.


Tip: If you have another software that you know opens CSI files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.


Incorrect ContentServ CS EMMS Suite Version

It is possible that your version of ContentServ CS EMMS Suite isn't able to open your ContentServ Include File file due to incompatibility. If you've got the wrong version of ContentServ CS EMMS Suite installed, you'll need to install the correct version. Most of the time your ContentServ Include File file was created by a newer ContentServ CS EMMS Suite than what you have installed.
