Common DD Opening Problems

Sage MAS 90 Removed

Double-clicking your DD file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open DD File". If so, it typically means that you don't have Sage MAS 90 installed for %%os%%. You won't be able to double-click to open your DD because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your DD, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Obsolete Version of Sage MAS 90

It is possible that your version of Sage MAS 90 isn't able to open your Sage MAS 90 Data File file due to incompatibility. Visit the Sage website to download (or purchase) the latest version of Sage MAS 90. The primary cause of this problem is that your Sage MAS 90 Data File file was created by a different (newer) version of Sage MAS 90 than what's installed.
