Frequent DSR Opening Issues

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Not Present

If you attempt to load your DSR file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open DSR Files". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for %%os%% installed on your computer. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your DSR, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Outdated Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Sometimes your installed version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare won't support your Modern Warfare 3 Dedicated Server Recipe File file. Installing the latest version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare from Activision is recommended.
