CyberLink PowerDVD Disappeared

You attempt to load your DVR-MS file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The DVR-MS File Extension". This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the DVR-MS file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your DVR-MS, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Incorrect CyberLink PowerDVD Version

Sometimes your installed version of CyberLink PowerDVD won't support your Microsoft Digital Video Recording file. Visit the CyberLink website to download (or purchase) the latest version of CyberLink PowerDVD. Your Microsoft Digital Video Recording file was probably created by a newer release of CyberLink PowerDVD than what's currently installed your computer.
