Common Problems Opening EBP Files
Jes-Soft Playbook Not Present
Double-clicking your EBP file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open EBP File". If so, it typically means that you don't have Jes-Soft Playbook installed for %%os%%. The typical path of opening your EBP with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.
Tip: If you don't have Jes-Soft Playbook installed, and you know of another program to open your EBP file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".
Jes-Soft Playbook is Out-of-Date
It is possible that your version of Jes-Soft Playbook isn't able to open your Jes-Soft Sports Play Description file due to incompatibility. Visit the Jes-Soft website to download (or purchase) the latest version of Jes-Soft Playbook. This problem is predominately due to having a Jes-Soft Sports Play Description file version that was created by a newer version of Jes-Soft Playbook than what you have installed on your PC.
Tip: Find clues on the correct software version by right-clicking your EBP file and clicking "Properties".
