Microsoft Exchange Server is Not Installed

You attempt to load your FDM file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The FDM File Extension". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Microsoft Exchange Server for %%os%% installed on your computer. The typical path of opening your FDM with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.
