Microsoft Outlook Not Present
When you double-click your FFO file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Microsoft Outlook for %%os%% installed on your computer. You won't be able to double-click to open your FFO because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: If you know of another program that can open your FFO file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.
Outdated Microsoft Outlook
It is possible that your version of Microsoft Outlook isn't able to open your Find Fast Document Properties Cache file due to incompatibility. You will need to download a newer version of Microsoft Outlook if you don't have the right version. This issue mainly occurs when your Find Fast Document Properties Cache file was created by a newer version of Microsoft Outlook than you have on your PC.
