Microsoft Access Disappeared

When you double-click your G4 file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". If so, it typically means that you don't have Microsoft Access installed for %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your G4 with Microsoft Access, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When another G4 application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.

Outdated Microsoft Access

Sometimes your installed version of Microsoft Access won't support your Microsoft Access Image Format file. Installing the latest version of Microsoft Access from Microsoft Corporation is recommended. This problem is predominately due to having a Microsoft Access Image Format file version that was created by a newer version of Microsoft Access than what you have installed on your PC.
