Microsoft HTML Help Workshop is Not Installed

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open HHC Files" when trying to open your HHC. Customarily, this means that Microsoft HTML Help Workshop is not installed on %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your HHC with Microsoft HTML Help Workshop, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your HHC, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
