Typical JWL Opening Challenges

Roxio Creator NXT Pro 5 Isn't There

If you attempt to load your JWL file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open JWL Files". If so, it typically means that you don't have Roxio Creator NXT Pro 5 installed for %%os%%. You won't be able to double-click to open your JWL because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens JWL files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Outdated Roxio Creator NXT Pro 5

Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of Roxio Creator NXT Pro 5 installed that's incompatible with your Roxio Jewel Case File type.
