Microsoft Outlook 2016 is Not Installed

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open OBI Files" when trying to open your OBI. Usually, this is because you do not have Microsoft Outlook 2016 for %%os%% installed. Your operating system cannot associate your OBI with Microsoft Outlook 2016, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: Another OBI-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Incorrect Microsoft Outlook 2016 Version

In other instances, your Outlook RSS Subscription File file version may not be supported by your version of Microsoft Outlook 2016. If you've got the wrong version of Microsoft Outlook 2016 installed, you'll need to install the correct version.
