Common Problems Opening OFN Files

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open OFN Files" when trying to open your OFN. If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Microsoft Systems Management Server for %%os%% installed on your computer. Your operating system cannot associate your OFN with Microsoft Systems Management Server, so double-clicking the file won't work.
Tip: When another OFN application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.
Wrong Version of Microsoft Systems Management Server is Installed
It is possible that your version of Microsoft Systems Management Server isn't able to open your Systems Management Server Offer Creation Notification File file due to incompatibility.
