Issues Opening PDT Files

Windows Mobile Isn't There

If you attempt to load your PDT file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open PDT Files". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Windows Mobile for %%os%% installed on your computer. The typical path of opening your PDT with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens PDT files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Outdated Windows Mobile

Sometimes your installed version of Windows Mobile won't support your InkWriter Note Taker Template File file. Installing the latest version of Windows Mobile from Microsoft Corporation is recommended.
