Issues Opening PJT Files

Golden Software Didger Not Present

If you attempt to load your PJT file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open PJT Files". When this happens, it is commonly due to Golden Software Didger missing in %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your PJT with Golden Software Didger, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your PJT, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Outdated Golden Software Didger

In other instances, your Didger Project File file version may not be supported by your version of Golden Software Didger. Visit the Golden Software LLC website to download (or purchase) the latest version of Golden Software Didger. Your Didger Project File file was probably created by a newer release of Golden Software Didger than what's currently installed your computer.

Tip: You can sometimes get hints about the right program version by right-clicking on the PJT file, selecting "Properties", and looking at the version information.
