Common Problems Opening PMA Files

Pegasus Mail Disappeared

When you double-click your PMA file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have Pegasus Mail for %%os%% installed on your computer. The typical path of opening your PMA with a double-click won't work because %%os%% cannot make the program connection.

Tip: If you don't have Pegasus Mail installed, and you know of another program to open your PMA file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".

Outdated Pegasus Mail
